Not to sound like Captain Obvious, but just shoot fall.

Autumn is my favorite time of the year. I love how the hot sticky days of summer give way to cooler dry air. In normal times, school events, State Fairs, and football games are in their glory. I have to mention, it’s also the season of pumpkin everything. On a personal note, pesky bugs, like mosquitos, are less bothersome.
Here is a list of things we love to capture during this lovely season.
· Beautiful fall foliage
· Produce and flowers at farmer’s markets and stands
· Family members at holiday gatherings
· Gold and brown fields, especially ones with picturesque barns or animals
· Waterfalls surrounded by brilliant fall color
· In normal times, fall festivals. We have one near Charlotte called the Renaissance Festival. It is a goldmine of unique photo opportunities, a medieval comic con of sorts.
· Mist rising from lakes or rivers on early chilly mornings.
I am sure everyone reading this could add so many more to this list.

The first picture is of Dry Falls in North Carolina.
The second was taken at my favorite local produce stand, Randy Simpson's in Indian Trail, NC.
